Sitting, going through the various GQ magazines I have collected, I came across a bunch of coats that I like. Now I am going to tell you that I am biased because, although I like coats, I don’t like wearing them. The 5 best that I’ve seen and would wear will appear below. I have 2 choices for heavier coats. The other 3 are for the end of winter/spring. Starting w/ Kenneth Cole, I seen these two peacoats and fell in love with them.
This first one is Wool Peacoat w/ Bib by Kenneth Cole. Black, sleek, very business casual. $275.00 at http://www.kennethcole.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12066826&cp=3075215.3075422.11487575

My favorite out of the 5, worn here by J. Cole for his GQ shoot in the November 2010 issue, this is the Bomber Jacket by Bally. A bit pricy. Very sleek, very sexy. Who doesn’t like a good black leather jacket? $2,895.00 – check it out here with the other bomber jackets J. Cole wore at http://www.gq.com/style/wear-it-now/201110/gq-endorses-bomber-jackets#slide=1
Run, don’t walk, to your favorite style franchise and put down some cash for a black leather bomber jacket. This jacket has just the right bones: It was popularized by fighter pilots during World War II and given the Army-Navy specification number A-2. The 2011 version is all-black (ditch the Indiana Jones brown!) with just enough military details to keep the macho mojo going. Wear it in all the ways hip-hop head-turner J. Cole does here—and keep it on inside the club to drop a bomb on the competition.

It would be that the one I like most is the most pricey one. I do really like the Diesel jackets though. Anyway, like what you see, go buy one.
