I believe that marriage isn’t, between a man and woman, but between love and love. - Frank Ocean

The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud. – Anderson Cooper
Both of these men are another example of what people with “normal lives” shouldn’t be so afraid to do. Now granted, there are some cultures that simply will not hear it. They call it a sin. They call it this. They call it that. They condemn it. But the fact of the matter is, it’s here.
Being gay is not a sickness and, more in the defense of men for various reasons, it is not a choice. This is what we have to live with on a day-to-day basis and living uncomfortably for the benefit and satisfaction of others is absolutely ridiculous. And I’m not even speaking within religious terms only, I’m talking about society as a whole. Face it, there is a good chunk of the population that don’t practice a good book or that have don’t live within cultures that are accepting of the fact that there is such a thing as GAY. That chunk of people just think it’s nasty.
Now, group that with all the religious reasons to be against LGBT and what do you get, the never-ending cycle of discrimination and prejudice. The only difference between then and now is back then, it was a race issue. Native Americans, Africans, Jewish… just to name a few. Now society has moved onto sexual orientation.
I just don’t understand society’s logic. Oh how I wish I was an alien.
Anderson Cooper formally came out (even though it was apparent) in an email that was shared via social media when he was asked about his views on the current happenings with LGBT. You can view that HERE.

With Frank Ocean of Odd Future, there was some speculation about him coming out via his new, upcoming album, Channel Orange. A short time after that, Frank Ocean took to Tumblr to officially tell everyone. You can view his HERE.
Too lazy or impatient to wait for the site to load?
Then here’s the picture of it… -__-

Ocean’s OF band mate, Tyler the Creator took to Twitter to congratulate him on his new-found freedom.

I’m happy for them, but mostly for Frank, for finally letting it go…
Signed, breuckelen.
